Use of the Equality Store Website
The contents of this site are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Equality Store reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to make sure you are up to date to these Terms & Conditions.

Typographical Errors
Equality Store strives to make every piece of information as accurate as possible. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, Equality Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Equality Store may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including in respect of prices and availability of items.

Product Availability
If online store products become temporarily unavailable, Equality Store shall hold your order until the product is back in stock and will then mail the product to you in the usual way. In the event that an individual product becomes permanently unavailable, then Equality Store will seek to offer you a suitable alternative or give you a full refund.

Prices
All prices listed on this website are in Euros (€) and all charges will be processed in Euros.

All product prices include Value Added Tax (“VAT”) where applicable. These may change in line with Slovenian law, Customs and Excise, EU directives, and other legal interpretations issued by relevant authorities.

Equality Store reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

Importation
Import duties and local taxes are NOT included in the quoted price of goods being delivered to any locations outside of Slovenia and/or the European Union. You will be responsible for the paying of any and all import duties and local taxes including any administration charges upon receipt.

Payment Methods
We accept payments made through PayPal service as it is one of the safest and most used ways to make payments online. You do not have to be registered at PayPal in order to make your payment. Placing an Order
When you click to make a purchase "Place Order" in Equality Store, legal obligations arise and your right to refund of money charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by Equality Store, are limited by these Terms & Conditions. You must not make any purchase through the Equality Store web site unless you understand and agree to all the Terms & Conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the Terms & Conditions for such purchase. Canceling an Order
Please note that after you have made the payment for your purchase you will not be able to cancel or change your order.

Shipment of Products
Goods will be shipped via courier once payment has been received and processed. You will be notified about the shipment of your ordered products.

Equality Store will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, Equality Store will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. If goods are not available or there is a delay in the shipment of products, Equality Store will notify its customers within 5 business days.

In the event that Equality Store is unable to/chooses not to ship an item, you will be notified by email and any amount charged to your credit card will be refunded.

Damaged parcels
We take care when shipping your ordered products, but we cannot guarantee that the product will be delivered undamaged by the postal service. If you have received a damaged parcel, please make a complaint to the postal service that delivered the shipment to you.
