Return Policy

You have the right to return purchased goods without any damages, but you are bound and responsible for paying any and all the expenses (such as shipment costs) that are created because of the return of purchased product(s). If you decide to return any purchased product(s), you have to inform us about your intention in writing to our e-mail: info@equality-store.com, but no longer than 14 days after you have received the product(s) that you wish to return. After 14 days have passed from the date when you have received your product(s), you can no longer return the purchased product(s). After informing us in writing that you wish to return a product or products, you have to return these product(s) in the next 30 days from the date when we received your intention in writing. The return product(s) must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. The returned product(s) must contain a copy of the original invoice and all the belonging documentation. If these conditions are met, we will return the sum of the price of the returned product(s) as stated on the invoice to your preferred bank account in the next 30 days from the date when we received the returned product(s). If we fail to do so, we are obliged to pay you additional one tenth of the received payments for your returned product(s) every passed 30 days of delay with our payment. If we do not receive the product(s) you wish to return in the time limit, the return is not valid. We recommend that you ship back the product(s) you wish to return with a tracking option and a confirmation of your shipment. We are not obliged to accept any shipments with ransom or shipments that do not comply to our conditions.

You do not have the right to return a product when:
- we have an agreement with you that a return is not possible
- when you have ordered a product by giving us special instructions or when the product was customized for your personal needs
- when the product is audio or video media or when the protective seal has been torn/opened
